Each year, Webb School of Knoxville hosts two special events that help support programs at Webb. These events would not be possible without our dedicated parent volunteers and we are grateful for their tireless efforts on behalf of the Webb community.

WebbFest is a three day, campus-wide celebration, and includes daily activities and lunchtime contests. The event culminates with a Carnival, All-School BBQ Dinner, “Rock the Clock” (Upper School student performers – open to all), and a home varsity football game.

The primary goal of WebbFest is to enrich the sense of connection and community among the students, faculty, staff, families, and friends of Webb School.

WebbFest also serves as a joint fundraising activity of the students, faculty, staff, and parent volunteers in support of the school. This year, proceeds are earmarked toward Webb’s Annual Fund.

WebbFest has been a Webb School tradition for more than 20 years. Its success has largely been due to the 300-plus volunteers who give of their time and talents each year in support of this treasured event.

Our springtime event is ArtXtravaganza, a juried fine art, mixed media show and sale, featuring professional local, regional, and national artists. Generally held the first weekend in March, ArtXtravaganza has grown to become one of East Tennessee’s premier art events. The show is held in the Lee Athletic Center on the Webb School campus. More than 2,000 original pieces of art by 65-plus acclaimed artists are made available for purchase. A wide selection of paintings, sculptures, jewelry, pottery, metalworks, and photography are among the offerings. The event is open to the public, and admission and on-site parking are free.

ArtXtravaganza echoes Webb School’s commitment to excellence in the arts and exemplifies and embodies Webb’s tradition of fostering community by enhancing lives through art education and appreciation. Proceeds from ArtXtravaganza support Webb School of Knoxville’s visual and performing arts programs.
