Your signature, and that of your parent, is required for your admission to Friday Night Frights and indicates your understanding of and agreement with all the guidelines and consequences noted in the Upper School Student Handbook and all dance-related communications. By signing the Webb School Friday Night Frights Agreement, parents consent to these terms.

Webb School strives to make sure activities are safe and healthy for our students. In an effort to ensure that Friday Night Frights meets our standards, breathalyzers will be available to test any student who presents as under the influence. *In the event an attendee registers as having ANY alcohol on their breath, they will be given a chance to retest on a different device after the recommended 20-minute wait period. If the second test confirms the result:

Webb students will not be allowed entry, parents will be notified to pick their student up at the venue, and the student will enter the school’s Drug and Alcohol Protocol.

Students agree to cooperate with the adult chaperones at all times, follow directions, act honorably, use good judgment, conduct themselves in a courteous and civil manner throughout the entire evening, and follow all school rules.
3. We agree that Webb will charge our student account $10.
4. Webb does not sponsor pre- or post-dance parties or other student gatherings.
