Athletic Facility Rentals
Webb School of Knoxville rents its athletic facilities year-round for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, practices, tournaments, and leagues. The primary use of the facilities at Webb School is to carry out the educational mission of the school. To the extent that space is available and the rental is approved, Webb School welcomes outside organizations to use the facilities for purposes consistent with the school’s mission.
Rentals will not be available for events such as birthday parties or social gatherings.
Any group that uses Webb School’s facilities is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and follow rental agreement policies. Rental events shall not disrupt normal school functions, endanger the health or safety of any person present, or damage the school’s property or reputation.
Webb School’s internal programs have priority use of all facilities. All individuals or groups wishing to rent space from Webb must first submit a Facility Rental Request Form for review by the Facility Rentals Office. If confirmed, the individual or group must assume responsibility for compliance with all policies and procedures stated in Webb’s Facility Use Agreement (Contract).
