Lower School Aftercare Staff Member Position

The Webb School of Knoxville is seeking reliable, responsible, enthusiastic aftercare staff members to work in our after-school program with children in Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade. Aftercare runs from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are looking for potential staff members to work at least 2-3 consistent days per week. 

An ideal staff member embodies a caring, and energetic attitude, with the ability to interact well with students and fellow staff members alike. Connecting with the students and ensuring their safety at all times is the number one priority, along with providing assistance with homework, leading and playing both indoor and outdoor games, supervising playground activity, and offering a safe, friendly environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma.
• Must possess a passion for working directly with children. 
• Willingness to be an active, flexible staff member.
• Prior experience with children preferred: camp, tutor, child care programs, babysitting, etc. 
• Background check is a prerequisite for this position.

Benefits:
The Webb Lower School Aftercare program follows the Webb School of Knoxville calendar. There is no After School Care on holidays and during the summer.
